Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We currently only accept payment by Cash, Cheque or Postal Order. But do plan to introduce online payments very soon.
Q. Do I pay for my order on delivery of goods?
A. No, you have to send payment before we send you your order.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Im afraid at the moment we only sell to the UK.

A. Shipping varies depending on what items you have purchased. Please see Shipping.
Q. What type of shipping options do you offer?
A. We send our cabinets by Royal Mail parcel post and all other items by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Q. How do I know when my package has been shipped?
A. We will update your order status .
Q. When will my order be sent?
A. Once payment has been received most orders will be processed and sent the next day and are received within five days (If paying by cheque this may be longer depending on when payment clears.).
Q. How long will it take for delivery of my order?
A. Deliveries normally take 3 - 5 business days. But can vary.

A. We will never share your personal information with any other companies, for any reason.
